Data Deletion Policy

At MIIIR, we take your right to be forgotten and the management of your data seriously.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your account directly from within the app:

• Go to 'Archive' -> 'Settings' -> 'Security'.
• Select 'Delete account'.
• Follow the confirmation steps.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Upon confirming deletion:

• Profile and Personal Data: All your profile information (name, photos, test answers) is permanently removed from our active database.
• Generated Content: Your messages in individual chats may remain visible to the other user, but your identity will be anonymized (shown as 'Deleted User').
• Backups: Data may remain in our encrypted backups for a maximum period of 30 days before being completely purged.

3. Data Retention for Legal Reasons

We may retain certain minimal information if strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

4. Contact for Manual Deletion

If you cannot access your account to delete it, you can request manual deletion by emailing: miiir.app.contact@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
